What are you going to do

Job Responsibilities

i. Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and analyze engineering data.
• Create interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

ii. Full-Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions and applications that integrate with engineering data systems.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable and secure applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies.

iii. Data Integration:

• Integrate engineering data from various sources into a centralized system.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

iv. Custom Solutions:

• Develop custom applications and tools to address specific engineering needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

v. Reporting:

• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and guides for developed applications.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.

vi. Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data analysis and full-stack development
• Interface with site-based Project Teams and provide engineering and Data Analytical support.

vii. Commercial and Technical Documentation

• Develop Strategies, Methodologies and Plans for Assurance and Scope Management
• Prepare Engineering Reports and Review Templates / Terms of References
• Develop Project Optimisation Plans

What We Expect of You

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong full-stack development skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Networking and Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Client Facing and able to communicate upwards and downwards.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage a small team.
• Proven Project Management Capabilities.
• Ability to develop Documentation such as
• Execution Strategies
• Proposals - Commercial and Technical Content
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
