We are currently recruiting for an Operational Reliability Engineer to be placed in Angola and would be on a 12-month contract with extension. The main function is to assist the Proposal Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.

We are currently recruiting for an Operational Reliability Engineer to be placed in Angola and would be on a 12-month contract with extension. The main function is to assist the Proposal Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate specific Project aspect regarding engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning (as applicable).
- Review tender and bid documents.
- Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives.
- Assist the Proposal Manager in the Interface Management of partners/nominated subcontractors.
- Assist in the preparation, implementation and updating of the Project Technical Annex.
- Coordinate proposal invoicing act ivities (if applicable).
Skills / Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering Degree or Equivalent.
- Ten years or more of field experience in Oil & Gas or similar Industry.
- Good understanding and management of Microsoft Tools (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, Planner Hub, Power Bi, PPT, )
- Good Understanding and management of Data Analytic and CMMS software's ( SAP GUI, Palantir foundry, Operator Rounds)
- Good understand and management of Route Cause Failure Analysis techniques and Tools
- Good understanding and management of MTBF and MTTR calculations and analysis.
- Good understanding about Commercial process and guidelines, Bid document management, Cost estimation, Material cost estimation, Project feedbacks, Proposal preparation, Labour cost, Project risks analysis and Risk management techniques and golden rules.
