About The Job:

As an Application Integration & Support Engineer H/F, you participate in application implementation and maintenance projects.

1. In the project phase, your activities are:

• Participate in the technical design of the solution, ensuring its consistency with the overall architecture of the IS.
• Participate in the configuration of applications.
• Participate in the pre-production stage: analyze incidents in conjunction with the project team, follow the corrective phases.
• Receive and validate the supplier documentation and application deliverables, participate in the drafting of technical documentation.
• Coordinate the switchover simulation operation and the final switchover on the new application.

2. Once in production, you will be responsible for:

• Centralize business feedbacks, resolve malfunctions, test personalized software.
• Participate in continuous improvement: automation of tests, management of continuous integration, deployments, etc.
• Provide daily support for applications and their interfaces, corrective, scalable and adaptive maintenance.
• Coordinate the actions of technical teams internal and external to the IT department.

About you:

• Bac+5 / Engineering School diploma in Computer Science desired with a minimum of 8 years experience in integration (technical support)
• Sectoral knowledge desired (Corporate, HR, Industry, Energy functions)
• Knowledge of software solutions engineering
• Very good technical knowledge: .NET, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud Azure, DevOps, Interfaces, API
• Desired knowledge of the Agile, Scrum, Lean approach
• Mastery of application modeling and architecture
• Fluency in French and English
