If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Laydown Coordinator, reporting directly to Materials Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

About the Job

The Warehouse/Laydown Coordinator supervises the warehouse leads and laydown coordinators assigned to perform the receipt, physical check, count and inspection, preservation maintenance and issue of all materials and equipment delivered to the offsite site locations and support all construction schedules.
Coordinates onsite deliveries and personnel for receiving activities in the off-site laydown yards.
Assigns personnel for support in laydown and offsite activities.
Coordinates equipment needs for all receiving areas.
Maintains inventory accuracy.
Supervises warehouse foreman and coordinators for materials based on contractors requests.
  1. Provide safe work environment
  2. JSAS
  3. Training on procedures for Material Managemen
  4. Receiving, storage, issuing, and reporting
  5. Responsibility for overall detailed material handling
  6. Tracking Preservation of equipment and materials,
  7. Receipt, control, and turn-over of spare parts
  8. Hazardous material handling and coordination with HSE for administration and disposal
  9. Material certificate (MTRs) coordination control and recording.
  10. Assist Health, Safety and Enviroment (HSE) in the security of project assets Resolves issues related to preservation with suppliers, engineering, construction contractors, client and others.
  11. Develops Scorecards for areas of responsibility.
  12. Interfaces with other MM functions, engineering and QC as needed to assure the integrity of assets in the preservation system.
  13. Provides oversight, leadership and review of output of the Preservation Function

Responsible for ensuring activities applicable to managing and maintaining accuracy of the project defined asset register are undertaken and completed.

About You

Qualifications: Technical or Bachelor Degree

Experience: More than 5 years experience in position, working in EPC project for the Oil & Gas Industry

Languages: Fluently English
