Job purpose and organizational context:
• This role will require actively supporting the Corporate Digital Marketing Lead in implementing the yearly roadmap to enhance the companys offerings, visibility, and online presence in a B2B environment, through digital marketing channels.
• As the Salesforce Pardot specialist, you will be overseeing the Marketing Automation platform of the company maximizing its potential. Collaborating closely with our Business Lines Marketing Business Partners, webmaster, CRM team and project manager, you will be responsible for building and executing all programmatic and operational digital campaigns using Pardot
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically reports to the Corporate Digital Marketing Lead.
Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally:
Corporate Marketing Communications team, Marketing Communications Business Partners, Internal CRM team, Digital Communications team, Communications, IT, Business Lines, Sales and Commercial, Business Development and Technical Lines teams.
Externally:
Clients, vendors and external agencies of website, digital campaigns, salesforce as needed.

We are looking for someone with:
Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
Main accountabilities:
• Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns on Salesforce Pardot and developing lead generation for the companys B2B activities:
- Create content such as emailing, landing pages, contact forms, webinars,.
- Manage online campaigns: building, segmenting, testing, and deploying. Conduct thorough A/B testing to identify and implement improvements in productivity, conversion rates, program/campaign ROI, and sales expansion. Continuously assess and improve strategies.
- Manage marketing automation, account-based marketing, and acquisition. Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities. Actively explore and implement the most up-to-date techniques, tactics, and benchmarks in our industry.
- Ensure lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data purification.
- Establish custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to align with business processes. Manage ad hoc KPIs in connection with audience targets, analyze the campaign metrics, generate reports, and share performance results with recommendations for ongoing campaign enhancements.
• Serve as Salesforce Pardot Administrator for daily requests, including setup, configuration, and customization.
- Development and implementation of personalized journeys for the MarCom teams
- Training and support of users. Creation of training documentation. Management of troubleshoot issues and solutions implementation.
- Connection of contact forms to Salesforce through Pardot, and set up of completion actions, to optimize lead management process
- Ensure data quality and integrity through cleansing, deduplication, and imports.
- Administer security settings, user permissions, sharing rules, and data access policies.
- Assist with integrating Salesforce with other business systems and applications if needed.
- Keep the platform updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
• Work closely with the Salesforce CRM internal team to continue maintaining smooth integration between Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud.
• Orchestrate our digital footprint in relation with the Corporate Digital Marketing Lead and in connection with our MarCom Business Partners, digital web team and our audience digital global strategy.

We are looking for someone with:
- Digital Marketing Diploma (Bac + 5) & Salesforce Pardot Administrator Certification
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce Pardot Administration & Digital Marketing (internship/ apprenticeship excluded).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including customization, configuration, and administration
- Expert knowledge of database management, data integration and data migration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications
- English fluent mandatory. French fluent is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, in writing as well.
- Strong independent project management skills.
- Capability of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
