Inspection Manager
Job Description

To manage, supervise and guide the inspection activities program of the company to ensure quality services of the Inspection group within Procurement section.

Profile Description

? Supervise the Inspection team performance.
? Prepare Inspection Budgets and Overall Workload, of inspection group, on all Projects.
? Raise Service Requisition for recruitment to maintain suitable team strength as per workload. Involve in recruitment procedure for selecting suitable candidates.
? Prepare and update Procurement Inspection Procedure and administer its approval.
? Direct & maintain Inspection procedures & services for all projects.
? Assign the Projects Inspection supervisors.
? Approve the Inspection Request Orders.
? Guide the strategy of Inspection in the project.
? Provide advice regarding inspection activities.
? Review the supplier performance evaluation reports and forward recommendations to the concerned.
? Prepare and develop Scope of Work for Third Party Inspection contractual agreement & monitor the effectiveness of their performance.
? Monitor performance of inspection group members and advise the group in performance of their activities as and when required.
? Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
