About the Job
The successful candidate will be support the Head of Marketing Communications Sustainable Fuels, Chemicals & Circularity (SFC&C) with event planning, developing marketing collateral and supporting activities. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing Communications SFC&C. There will be a strong interface with technology leaders and various support services.

Supporting Marketing Communications:
  • Assist in the planning and preparations for internal and external events, including helping develop exhibition materials, giveaways, and company collateral. Monitor the calendar of external conferences to make sure everything is prepared in advance, that attendees have access to the agenda and information they need and have registered to attend. Complete the necessary forms for Corporate Marketing to have sponsorships acknowledged on the website, have social media posts created, etc.
  • Assist in communicating with registered attendees and sponsors for the Ethylene Forum, including answering questions, tracking special requests, and other activities.
  • Help track presentations and get them uploaded into the event Teams site.
  • Develop and/or edit presentations for various stakeholders including subject matter experts, business development executives, and technology lines to ensure they are properly branded with strong content.
  • Assist in the planning for Technology Day 2024, including attending planning meetings, noting action items, addressing concerns and questions,
  • Respond to requests from Corporate Marketing Communications as needed.


About You
Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
  • Pursuing Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar field.
  • 0-2 years of experience supporting social media, PR or marketing programs with 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Strong written communication skills; good computer skills including strong knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Enthusiastic team player who is organized, creative, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting commitments and deadlines.
