Candidate Profile

• Business Degree and 3 years' experience gained in a petrochemical, production or business environment,

• Understanding of the business models and processes,

• People Management & Communication Skills

• Field of sales, merchandising, brand management

• Practical sales, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; working level of analytical and presentation skills

• Good business communicative and interpersonal relationship skills

• Good command of the English Language in speaking and writing

• Excellent negotiator, with strong interpersonal and analytic skills

• Pro-active, self-driven and used to working with minimal supervision

Activities

  • Sign up new customers and retain existing business
  • Understanding the content of the agreement and ensuring the customers operates in this environment
  • Visit customers by driving to their sites - courtesy visits/ business discussion/ technical visits/ financial discussions
  • Source new business by calling/driving to see prospects
  • Manage the ISP and process daily csv invoice for Consignment Stock customer
  • Manage TotalEnergies's assets within Eswatini
  • SALSA utilization (follow-ups, resolution of maintenance queries in line with company KPI's)
  • Ensure that Creditors (Suppliers) Accounts are paid on time.
  • Effectively manage pricing, rebates and discount levels on lubricants sales
  • Manage the level of gross margin after variable expense (GMVE) per customer.
  • Ensure that all Non-conformances are actioned and customer sites adhere to the company's HSEQ Policy.
  • Ensure that TotalEnergies's policies and practices are respected in all activities
  • Recognition of complaints and customer communication at all times
  • Organising company's CSI partnership programs and events
  • Partaking in all other company related Sales and marketing campaigns as directed by Group
