Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree or civil engineering background, with a minimum of 10 years professional experience in industrial project management, and having held several operational positions of responsibility on various onshore projects. Involvement in Solar projects is a plus.
• Significant experience in the development and execution of solar projects is required. In particular, having followed a complete tender process (EPC type) and the construction phase of an onshore solar project.
• Significant experience in the construction of onshore projects is required. In addition, having carried out a full EPC process would be appreciated. Involvement in Electrical grid connection projects or Power projects is a plus.
• Good level of English is essential.

Activities

Within One Tech, TotalEnergies is recruiting a Project Manager - Onshore and Solar Projects M/F who will be the privileged points of contact for all matters pertaining to the execution of the projects related to the assets they will follow.

The positions are based in Paris La Défense.

The Project Manager - Onshore and Solar Projects M/F will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of operated and non-operated industrial projects. For these projects, he/she will provide active support and project management expertise to the entities that will execute them (other OneTech entities, Company subsidiaries, project management organizations).

His/her responsibilities will include:

1. HSEQ

• Integrate HSEQ action into studies and projects, propose improvement initiatives and share HSE feedback with projects in progress.
• Participate in forums and joint actions with other operators.

2. Participation in development and FEED studies up to FID (Final Investment Decision)

• Define the strategy of execution (execution plan) of the projects followed, ensuring the robustness of the selected solutions, carrying out technical reviews and consultations with the industry and contractors.
• Develop the project's contractual strategy and jointly prepare the related contract committees.
• Participate and/or lead the development and FEED studies up to the selection of execution contractors and subcontractors at FID.

3. Post-FID project support

• Provide assistance to subsidiaries/projects in all matters related to project management and execution.
• Ensure accurate reporting on each project, and monitor critical and alert points.
• Propose initiatives to improve project performance and implement them when validated.
• Contribute to the validation of the SORs (fundamental project requirements), their revisions and subsequent modifications of these requirements, if any.

4. Cross Branches interfaces, Business know-how, technology watch and industry relations

• Ensure effective coordination with other OneTech entities and other Branches of the Compagnie, promoting innovative solutions.
• Assist and support the One Tech Projects Department in the upskilling / mentoring sessions for the transition of O&G Engineers to Renewable energy sector (Solar).
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve and capitalize on project management know-how.
