Candidate Profile

The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience including:

• Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business School

• 10 years in O&M - experience in renewable energies appreciated

• Knowledge of CMMS and other IT O&M tools

• Rigorous, methodical, and organized.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach

• Strong written and oral communication skills (English)

Activities

• Propose an O&M strategy according to asset class and technology in coordination with local O&M managers

• Support the deployment of the O&M policies, processes, guidelines, best practices, and tools - including international trips

• Identify the risks (resources, skills, ...) associated to the deployment of the O&M policies ; propose and contribute to the mitigation actions

• Lead the continuous improvement of processes and operating procedures (RCAs, lessons learnt, ...)

• In coordination with business development teams, provide at pre-Gate 3 and FID stages with an A&C position regarding the plant design and asset O&M strategy

• Review O&M contract technical content and economics before signature

• Support AM in assessing readiness for gate 6 and PD-O&M handover, for O&M topics

• Provide level II technical and methodological support to the O&M local teams, onboard OT when needed, ensuring the development of know-how and expertise.

• In coordination with OPX Team, propose corrective actions and improvement plans to optimize O&M performance.

• Review O&M technical and financial performance compared to requirements and budget

• Support local O&M teams in utilizing advanced analytics and diagnostics tools for predictive maintenance operations

• Animate O&M network, identify and keep a privileged relationship with key local O&M people

• Monitor and participate to the evaluation of global strategic suppliers

• At REN level, lead at least 2 of the following topics, in coordination with the REN businesses and OT: O&M internalization / O&M contracts and cost model / O&M parts and service vendor network / spare parts pooling / predictive maintenance / corrective maintenance / operation control

- GRP/REN is TotalEnergies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewables projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, off-grid energy, storage.

- Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables capacity by 2030

- Given this ambitious growth agenda, the rapid pace of operations on a daily basis, and the regular changes, agility at scale and fast-learning are imperatives to continue capturing market opportunities and honing our innovation capacities while industrializing processes and streamlining our organization
