Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica in Madrid!

The mission is located in Madrid, within the affiliate TotalEnergies Renewables Iberica.
TotalEnergies Renewables ambition is to develop in the next 5 years an international leadership and profitable presence in the solar market, aiming to increase market share in the region. Direct report to the Finance and HR Manager of Total Solar Ibérica (N+1), your missions will be:
1) Consolidation of the budget process and monthly / quarterly reporting/ LTP

• Assist and advise HUBS in the preparation of their budget
• Assist in the preparation of the LTP plan for the Hubs
• Monthly reporting of Total affiliates, TotalEnergies Renewables Iberica
• Quarterly group consolidation for P&L, BS interco and reconciliation with monthly reporting
• Consolidate data and prepare syntheses / dashboards
• Build cash forecast for the entity and the project
• Reporting by project (time spent and external expenses)

2) Contribution to the correct accounting of the expenses and revenues of the activity

• Establish accruals entries (invoices to be prepared, accrued charges)
• Control invoicing/re-invoicing (flows between development companies and assets co, Group services)
• Coordinate with external accounting firm and other external partners to ensure quality of reporting
• Control accounting entries and correct governance rules application

3) Financial control and assistance on project financial modelling

• Support to project finance/business on ongoing projects
• Follow up internal cash needs
• Finance compliance and internal control relay

The position will be based in Madrid, but the scope of activities will cover the projects in Iberia Context and environment Affiliates start up with a huge potential of development.Environment and communication with Total Renewables HQ finance team in France. The International Business Controller will act according to Total policies and compliance values. Accountabilities The person will coordinate the preparation, consolidation and synthesis of all the elements of TotalEnergies Renewables Iberica activities for the budget and the monthly / quarterly reporting, in collaboration with local management. The distribution of the reporting prepared by the holder allows TotalEnergies management to have a clear vision of the financial health of TotalEnergies affiliates and initiate corrective actions in case of drift.
