Job Description

The Manager of Process Engineering will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology and products. We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about building exceptional teams and driving innovation. The Manager of Process Engineering position provides the opportunity to work with and develop leading edge technologies around the globe. Each day, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills, as well as collaborate with our staff, to perform a variety of process engineering work in the initial planning and design phases of various technology projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the process engineering team to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the process engineering department.

- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

Qualifications:

- BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering,

- Proven experience in process engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.

- Minimum 15+ years experience

- Proficient in the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Professional Engineering Registration is a plus.
