C-level / ExecutiveBrunel is working with one of our biggest clients, looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support business from their Spring, TX campus for a 12-month contract.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support. Duties may include word processing, electronic filing, scheduling, executive level calendaring for multiple executives, travel arrangements, expense reporting, record keeping, coordinating meetings, conferences; on and offsite events; catering orders; grant processing; invoice, work order, and contract processing. May work on special projects to include compiling, retrieving, editing, reporting, and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Attention to detail is critical. Collaborating with team and teamwork is essential. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \r\n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email systems. \r\n
- Strong administrative coordination abilities. \r\n
- Customer service experience, multi-tasking, attention to detail and collaborating with team. \r\n
- Knowledge of Sharepoint & OneNote is preferred. \r\n
