JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Will supervise a small group of maintenance people to ensure routine maintenance is being performed
• Schedule PM programs with various vendors as needed on a multitude of equipment
• Be available on call as the facility operates 22 hours per day
• Delegate responsibilities between group according to others abilities
• This will be a hands-on supervisory position
• Schedule necessary downtime as needed to ensure equipment is operating safely
• Maintains a high level of quality and safety awareness
• Any and all other job duties as assigned by Facility Supervisor/Management

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Education or Equivalent is required
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Maintenance experience is preferred
• A minimum 2-5 years of Supervisor experience is preferred
• Welding/Cutting Torch experience
• Electrical experience is required
• The ability to repair cranes and forklifts is preferred
• Familiarity with coating operations is preferred but not required
• A clean driving record is preferred but not required
• Familiar with safety programs such as LOTO, Stop Work Authority, OSHA 10, and any other HSE requirements per NOV
