What will you do?

• Informs all impacted plans about the evolutions of the product/solution from the product family
• Verifies that each plant, has considered the evolution as it related to industrial feasibility (resources, budget, schedule), part stock and usage, pilot run date, and effectivity date
• Challenges plant about their commitments and introduces synthesis of the Plant's situation during board of change reviews
• Manages how product evolutions projects affect the Seneca plant
• Develops change management plans for the projects and/or change initiatives
• Identifies risks and developing risk mitigation tactics

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required, 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing of electrical distribution equipment preferred
• Ability to apply data analytics using ERP data
• Continuous improvement mindset
• SAP experience
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings. Experience in interpreting drawings for Schneider Electric's low voltage products is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with both engineering departments and plant manufacturing personnel
• Strong organization skills to manage status from multiple stages of a project workflow
• Strong change management principles, techniques & tools
