If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About The Job

To process end to end payroll for MY entities on a monthly basis.

1) Manage end to end payroll activities for 3 entities (approximately 800 headcounts).

2) Manage Ask P&C tickets relating to Payroll enquiries or changes by employees.

3) Liaising with payroll system vendor when necessary to ensure a smooth payroll process.

4) Ensuring post-payroll activities are done within the agreed timeline.

5) Ensuring the Payroll interface is done within the agreed timeline.

6) Preparation of Bank files.

7) Uploading Bank files on to the bank portal.

8) Setting up approval invites.

9) Manage LHDN forms i.e.: CP21, CP22, CP38 etc.

10) Liaising closely with Deloitte for tax matters relating to expatriates.

11) Ensuring all Accrual journals are completed.

12) Ensuring Balance Sheet journals are completed on a monthly & quarterly basis.

13) Liaising with HRBP to ensure all data / changes relating to employees salary are captured accordingly.

14) Ensuring overtime is captured in payroll accordingly.

15) Assisting with updating the Estimated Selling Rate (ESR) spreadsheet (ad hoc basis).

16) Ensuring any new wage type created is tested & verified prior to moving it to production.

17) Back-up for payroll teammate when needed.

18) Preparation of statutory activities.

19) Preparation of year-end activities i.e.: EA forms etc.

20) Preparation of audit documentation when necessary.

About You

1) Degree in Business or equivalent.

2) Minimum 5 years of hands-on managing end to end payroll experience.

3) Good knowledge in Malaysian statutory and tax related matters.

4) Strong Microsoft Excel Skills

5) Planning and organizing skills

6) Strong problem-solving skills

7) Accurate documenting skills and attention to detail
