About the Job
  • This position is temporary staff (6-month contract)
  • Record, verify, update, and maintain staff personal database, organization, and personal files i.e., staff status, change of position, change of salary etc.
  • Generate reports on headcount and staff status up on request of Management Regional / Group and related office and relevant departments.
  • Personnel Database Administration of both local and expatriate Employees.
  • HRIS both local & Group system administrator, including other programs.
  • PeopleConnect application local administrator to support all related people management modules.
  • Report all relevant employee data reporting.
  • Employee card and time attendance monitoring


About You

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science or related fields

• English proficiency

• Good attitude & Fast Learning.

• Self-motivated, result oriented along with interpersonal and analytical skills
