Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and direct quality program designed to ensure consistency with established standards. Establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product and direct inspectors over testing activities.

1. Develop, validate and prepare project planning package (i.e. method for progress measurement, overall project schedule, WBS, CPN, Bar Chart, Deliverable Register, s-curve, project man power loading, man hour histogram and others as required) are according to PEQP or clients requirements.
2. Prepare, monitor and analyze project progress, man hours expenditures and advise the Project Manager on any delays/critical activities and propose the solution where appropriate to avoid the delay.
3. Attend project progress meeting (whenever required) and to liaise with the client on the agreed planning targets for the project and prepare revised schedule as necessary.
4. Provide support for technical bid proposals and clarification.
5. Assist the Planning and Cost Control Manager in the day to day performance of the work.
6. Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competency, as required by their supervisor from time to time.
7. Integrate and/or consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) element in all activities to ensure companys QHSSE objectives and targets are met.

Requirements

A recognized degree in Engineering or equivalent or minimum 5 years of solid working experience in Oil & Gas Industry. Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia.
