Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master's degree (or the last year of a bachelor's degree) preferably in General Law or Business Law and has minimum 1 year of studies left. You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential due to frequent interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Our ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master's degree in General Law or Business Law.

Professional Attributes:

• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with an ability to maintain a clear focus

• Exhibits a proactive approach, taking the initiative to independently tackle new tasks

• Highly self-driven and accountable, consistently meeting set deadlines

Technical Skill:

• You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office

Language Skills:

• Good level of English (both written and spoken)

• Understanding of Scandinavian languages is an advantage

• You are organized and have a good overview. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive on organizing information.

• You have an agile and growth-oriented mindset. We're looking for someone who is innovative, can work in an agile way and keep pace with a rapidly changing world.

• You are purpose driven. You see opportunities instead of challenges.

• You are outgoing and curious. You are inquisitive, good at communicating with people, and can contribute to a professional yet relaxed working environment.

Activities

Welcome to the Nordic HUB

As a Legal Student Assistant in the Nordic HUB you are mainly expected to:

• Assess and ensure the compliance of the existing contracts with the internal sanctions and anti-corruption requirements

• Assess and ensure the compliance of the archiving and the retention process with the internal requirement

• Update relevant procedures.

Part-time (20 hours weekly)

Duration: approx. 6 months with the possibility to prolong
