Applications for the position of Sales Coordinator based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan are accepted through May 13, 2024.

Key job responsibilities:

• Works with state and other regulatory & quasi-state organizations that influence municipal tenders process or/and influence public standard settings. Prepares documents for obtaining respective certificates from state bodies for label brands. Ensures that these labels are recorded int the official database of approved types of construction materials that all buyers use in the RoK.
• Works with private stakeholders, such as FE SMEs at major oil companies in the RoK to ensure that plant products are in buyers' approved vendor and approved products databases.
• Organizes plant visits for engineers, education sessions, seminars, etc. to inform engineering community about our plant, quality of standards, products and piping solutions.
• Works with design/project engineering companies to ensure design specifications include plant products and solutions.
• Works with various sponsoring state and quasi-state organizations to learn about piping demand in various RoK regions.
• Works with customers' engineers, operations, maintenance professionals to understand users' needs and advising on optimum solutions.
• Works with corporate and municipal buyers, prepares and submits bid documentation, engages in commercial negotiations with customers, advocates/promotes APP commercial position, prepares RFQs, issues payment documents and administers delivery (with Logistics).
• Balances the client needs for optimum piping solution with upsell objectives.

Relocation Options:

Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:
