Our client is seeking a Full-Time Planner, Operations Services to support US based LNG export facility and service the global demand for North American natural gas. This Houston-based position will support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies.

Responsibilities may involve:

• Guiding the establishment and implementation of a well-organized RFO (Ready for Operations) plan, managing it from start to finish with numerous stakeholders.
• Daily interaction with key functional stakeholders and support teams to oversee and facilitate the planning and execution needed for timely completion of RFO deliverables across various departments (e.g., Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Commercial).
• Assessing RFO deliverable schedules to ensure appropriate detail and structure, while effectively monitoring progress.
• Conducting progress review meetings to coordinate, accelerate, and ensure alignment among all RFO functional teams towards meeting goals.
• Setting up tracking processes and reports for RFO deliverables, integrating with company systems like PowerBI.
• Providing regular reports on project status, performance, constraints, and issues to support data-driven decision-making by management.
• Reviewing RFO schedules for accuracy and alignment with project milestones, logic, and interdependencies between activities.
• Collaborating with project scheduling resources to synchronize the RFO plan with the overall project schedule.
• Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating timely interventions.
• Coordinating and facilitating validation activities related to RFO to confirm operational readiness.
• Assisting in the development and monitoring of the Operations Integrated Plan using Primavera P6.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertaking additional planning tasks as required to support Operations Services.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or related fields.
• Over 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Operations.
• Experience in planning/scheduling to support operations, maintenance, or project management.
• Proficiency in Primavera and Power BI.
• Expertise in Project Management Tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with RFO programs and processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong leadership and communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
• Exposure to technical aspects across various disciplines such as operations, maintenance, HSE, procurement, operations engineering, HR, and IT.
• Understanding of planning systems, services, processes, and procedures for operating facilities.
• Availability to travel across sites in Louisiana is required.
