Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (5 years higher education) from a top engineering school or equivalent university degree, specialized master's degree in HSE.
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the industrial field in an international context.
• Rigorous, dynamic, autonomous.

• Ability to be proactive and propose solutions.
• International mobility including missions and international assignments.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of French is a plus.

Activities

We are recruiting HSE Engineers W/M to work on large-scale projects.

Within the framework of the company's H SE policy and its implementation on a site,

Your main missions include:

• Contribut ing to improving the site's HSE performance by identifying and minimizing risks.
• Rais ing awareness among teams about HSE procedures and a culture of systematic risk analysis.
• Coordinat ing prevention programs to reduce incidents, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, in collaboration with site entities.
• Ensur ing compliance with legal rules and company regulations on construction sites.
• Manag ing major risks and monitor the implementation of prevention and risk reduction measures.
• Ensur ing oversight of crisis management plans (accidents, pollution, etc.) both in their preparation/conception and execution.
• Oversee ing the implementation of societal measures accompanying the company's projects.
• Coordinat ing , lead ing , and carry ing out actions to combat pollution or reduce its effects on all company sites and projects.
• Defin ing and conduct ing awareness and training sessions on HSE issues and defin ing mandatory HSE training.
• Ensur ing hygiene, environmental, societal reporting, accident and incident reporting and manag ing reporting tools.
• Implement ing the management system and prepare audits .
