Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (5 years higher education) from a top generalist engineering school or university .
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in well construction, well interventions, or fluids & cements.
  • Autonomy, good teamwork skills, and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • R igorous, curious, pragmatic, and field-oriented.
  • O pen to rotational assignments on construction sites.
  • International mobility including missions and international assignments.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus.

Activities

We are recruiting Drilling Engineers W/M , Completion Engineers M/W , and Fluids & Cements Engineers W/M to work on large -scale international projects .

Your main missions include :

  • Contributing to the execution of drilling, completion, or fluids & cements operations (feasibility, planning, organization, design studies, technical program writing, operations monitoring, cost tracking) in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with procedures.
  • Contributing to ensuring well productivity and reservoir integrity by providing technical assistance .
  • Contributing to improving drilling, completion, or fluids & cements processes and techniques by introducing best practices and anticipating technical and technological changes and formalizing them.
  • Evaluating major risks associated with drilling and well projects.
  • Analyzing well performance data.
  • Managing projects and monitoring contracts (contractors, budget, schedule) according to the Branch or Subsidiary policies and objectives .
  • Providing advice and assistance in selecting technological solutions, methods, tools, and skills.

In supervision, your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the company on-site.
  • Ensuring supervision of operations on-site or at the base.
  • Acting as the interface between the base and the operations site.
  • Implementing the operation program, manage the risks, manage the service companies on-site, ensure the activity reporting.
  • Identifying discrepancies and solving them with the help of headquarters teams.
  • In case of accidents/incidents, taking initial safety measures (crisis prevention).
