Join ourAdvanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) project. Honeywell will be installingand replacing residential and commercial electrical meters for electricalutility services across the province of Ontario and in selected deploymentareas.

We are currently seeking a highly skilledJourneyperson Electrician/Commercial Meter Installer to join our team inOntario. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of bothresidential and commercial electric meters across the province, often workingin challenging outdoor conditions ranging from extreme heat to cold weather.Your duties will include troubleshooting defective or problematic meters,utilizing state-of-the-art data collection tools via handheld tablet computers,and ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional interaction with local utilitycustomers.

Adherence to safety policies and procedures is paramount,including the diligent execution of hazard and risk assessments for all tasksas outlined by company protocols.

Honeywell provides comprehensive training, certifications,and the necessary equipment to enable successful task completion. Travelthroughout Ontario will be required.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12 education)
• Certificate of qualification as an electrician journeyperson
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Customerrequired background verification checks must be completed and approvalmaintained

WE VALUE

• Demonstrated ability to install both commercial and residential electric meters
• Experience with MEARIE or equivalent standards
• Completion of a Meter Technician training program, encompassing a minimum of 8000 hours of electrical metering work
• Red Seal certification or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Capacity to thrive in diverse outdoor environments
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently
• Previous customer-facing experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with basic computer skills
