Asa Sr Sales Account Manager in the Marine Business here at Honeywell, you willbe responsible for driving the sales of Honeywell's Control & Safety System(IAS and ESDS) in the Marine Industry to customers at three shipyards in Korea- HD Hyundai, HOC, and SHI. You will also be responsible for supplying theseproducts to onshore and offshore platforms, LNG carriers, and other marineapplications. Your extensive experience in automation and the marine industry,combined with your strong communication and leadership skills, will enable youto build strong relationships with customers and achieve annual sales targets.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work out of our Seoul,Korea location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth andprofitability of our marine business. You will be responsible for managing keyaccounts at the three shipyards, developing strategic sales plans, and drivingcustomer satisfaction. Your ability to understand customer needs, provideinnovative solutions, and build strong relationships will be instrumental inachieving sales targets and expanding our market presence in the marineindustry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales of Honeywell's Control & Safety System (IAS and ESDS) inthe Marine Industry to customers at HD Hyundai, HOC, and SHI shipyards
• Supply Honeywell Automation Systems (IAS & ESDS) and relatedsolutions to on-shore and off-shore platforms, LNG carriers, and other marineapplications
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual salestargets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
• Lead and grow the organization, including leading and developing amarine pursuit team
• Perform other general sales duties effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Marine Industry and AutomationSales
• Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
• Leadership and organizational skills to lead and develop a marinepursuit team
• Excellentnegotiation capability between internal teams and external clients.
• Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Engineering or Business-related field
• Knowledge and experience with Automation Solutions in the MarineIndustry
• International sales experience

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position involves salesactivities targeting three shipyards in Korea, which require domestic andinternational travel.
