What you will do
You will design, implement, and evaluate applications by integrating Generative AI. You will use your expertise and creativity to generate realistic and diverse content into the products that meets the needs and expectations of the end users. You will design generative AI to address bias, quality, reliability, accuracy of content and security of the generative AI systems.
You will collaborate with other engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and specifications of the projects. You will communicate effectively and clearly, and you will provide and receive constructive feedback. You will also document, present your work progress, and you will follow the best practices and standards of the company and the field.
You will conduct experiments, analyze results, and report findings and insights. You will use open source and COTS tools and methods to test, evaluate the performance and outcomes of the generative AI models and systems. You will identify and solve any issues or problems that arise during the development and deployment process. You will also explore new and innovative ways to improve and enhance the generative AI systems.
You will optimize the performance, scalability, and robustness of the generative AI systems. You will use various techniques and strategies to reduce the computational cost and complexity of the generative AI models and systems. You will also ensure the compatibility and interoperability of the generative AI systems with different platforms and devices.
You will stay updated on the latest research and trends in generative AI and related fields. You apply papers and articles onto products to enhance performance of the system. You will attend and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences. You will also learn and apply new skills and knowledge to your work, and you will keep up with the fast-changing and evolving field of generative AI.
What you need
A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. You have a solid foundation and understanding of the principles and concepts of generative AI, Large Language Models, and related fields, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or audio processing.
At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying transformer architecture, application of large language models, Deep learning through frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Hands-on experience and skills in building and deploying generative AI models and systems using various architectures and algorithms, such as GANs, VAEs, Transformers, or RNNs.
You are also familiar and comfortable with using various tools and libraries, such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK, OpenCV, or Librosa.
Proficient in Machine Learning algorithms specifically in K-Nearest Neighbors, Random Forest, K-Means clustering.
Hands-on and good understanding in MLOps to deploy the models.
Demonstratable experience in setting up Vector Database pipelines, preferably Postgress.
Reinforcement Learning, application of RLHF in large language model fine tuning will be an added advantage.
Fine tuning of Large Language Models with quantization, QLoRa and LoRa are expected.
Basic understanding of Computation requirements, On premise and Virtual Machines with a combination of Scheduling and Parallelization implementation for Large Language Models.
Implementation knowledge of Prompting, Retrieval Augmented Generation, RAG Fusion are a must. Experience with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, Transformers, or RNNs.
You have experience and skills in using and adapting these models to generate various types of content, such as text, image, audio, or video.
Data visualization, eliminate bias, addressing over fitting and under fitting challenges, understanding, and fixing ReLu, RoGue scores after fine tuning, checkpointing, inferencing models are expected.
Proficiency and fluency in Python, C++, Java, or R. You can write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, with exceptional debug and troubleshooting bugs.
You also have a good knowledge and experience of using various software development tools and environments, such as Git, Docker, or VS Code. Hands-on experience on Large Language Models include but not limited to LlaMa, T5, Mistral, OpenAI's GPT integration on a real product.
