The Senior Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer will participate in the various activities of the Data AI team at on the valorisation of data from various sources, in order to solve business problems or create new opportunities.

These activities vary from exploratory studies to the production of studies validated in terms of value and technical feasibility.

In particular, Senior Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer must:

• Design, develop, test and deploy Data Science models adapted to business issues, using various approaches (Optimization, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, etc.).
• Respect and implement MLOps best practices (versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, etc.) to ensure the quality, reliability and security of models in production.
• Document and present the results of analyses and models to internal stakeholders using appropriate supports (reports, dashboards, etc.).
• Use and contribute to the development of data science code templates which will accelerate data science exploration and interaction with users.
• Contribute to technological choices and innovation.

Senior Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer, Cross-functional contributions:

• Participate in the design/maintenance of new tools/packages common to the organization.
• Challenge the team’s vision.
• Participate in CoPs (Communities of Practice).

Senior Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer Required Skills :

• Know how to perform exploratory and descriptive analysis of data, using statistics and visualizations, to identify trends, correlations, anomalies, opportunities for optimization or value creation.
• Master Python and software development (packaging, versioning, etc.)
• Have experience deploying machine learning models on Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of Databricks, Sagemaker or AzureML would be an asset.
• An appetite for software craftmanship / clean code, the  environment (squad, CoP, coaches) helps to propagate.
• A good command of git and a first experience in a DevOps context (CI/CD, with GitHub or similar).
