Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Ideally, some experience with SDS authoring, GHS compliance, REACh regulations
• Experience in data mining , SQL and VBA programming skills is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and report significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.

Activities

• Support assigned regional compliance programs to ensure current & ongoing compliance with existing and new regulations .
• Support tracking of both new & upcoming regulations (assigned)
• Provide support to business lines and affiliates to manage the regulatory compliance activities.
• Support audits for region .
• Check portfolio, p roduct and label compliance .
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources based on user requirements for regulatory compliance programs.
• Support reporting of KPIs & compliance status.
• Collect and gather raw material data , coordinate requests, publication schedule with labelling constraint.
• Coordinating with Business Line when necessary.

Context & Environment

The emergence of more complex and rigorous new chemical regulations in Asia Pacific, in line with the global trend of increasing regulatory enforcement by the authorities raises big challenges to industry. Additionally, the need to handle and interpret large amounts of datasets from multiple sources for regulatory work requires application of database management and data analytic skills. TotalEnergies MS has decided to develop regional product stewardship organization to insure regulatory compliance, by capitalizing and sharing the resources.
