Additional Information
- Elaborates medium and long term business objectives
- Elaborates budgets, operational plan, production and business development strategy and is responsible for their annual implementation
- Responsible for reaching the customer satisfaction standards required (OTTR & PPM indicator)
- Approves the Quality and Health, Safety and Environment policies, and is responsible for the HSE & Q performance at the site.
- Appoints the competent person for Q & HSE and allocates resources for Q & HSE compliance.
- Chairs the HSE committee
- Ensure Managers conduct inspections & audits, developing corrective action plans as required.
- Review the continual improvement, compliance, and effectiveness of Q & HSE programs
- Leads the implementation of business initiatives, as: Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma Plus, Cost & Inventory reduction, Honeywell Operating System
- Responsible for reaching the financial targets (production cost; inventory, headcount, etc) through continuous improvement, productivity and introduction of new processes.
- Leads the HR processes as: annual performance appraisal, identification of high potential employees and implementation of professional & personal development actions
- Ensures cohesion between Operations & Functions
- Measures Analyse and manage Continuous Improvement for SQDIC metrics
- Provides strong leadership and vision for future business development
- Develop and attract talents and remove barriers to performance by implementing robust management processes, tools and resources
- Ensures Compliance to all Honeywell process and practices

Experience/Education Required/Sought:
- University degree required; advanced degree preferred (Major Preferred: Engineering or Manufacturing)
- Previous experience in international and matrix organization required
- Previous experience in site leader position in manufacturing environment required
- Greenbelt certification, Lean Expert/Master certification and Supply Chain Background would be a plus
- Experience in the footwear industry would be a plus
