We are looking for a "Food Laboratory Customer Care Assistant Executive" for Intertek Turkey office Food Laboratory team.

  • Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technician, Biology or Molecular Biology and Genetics departments of universities
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication, customer-oriented
  • Prone to teamwork, solution-oriented thinking
  • Strong planning, follow-up and time management skills
  • Able to use MS Office programs effectively
  • Speaks English
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • Residing on the European Side of Istanbul.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Within Food Laboratory Customer Services;
  • To meet the test requests of the customers for which it is responsible, to discuss annual analysis plans
  • To ensure that the samples reach the laboratory, to follow the analysis processes, to submit reports
  • To take an active role in the management and resolution processes of customer complaints
  • To provide experiences that combine scientific accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • To ensure the follow-up and business records of domestic and foreign samples
  • To provide support in report submission processes.
