Your role and responsibilities

To provide technical support and resolve customer technical issues To provide on-site customer training and provide installation and consulting services as required To be responsible for active knowledge of ABB products in the field To provide implementation, installation, contract recovery, repairs and service interventions (including hotline call-outs) To provide service and service support To ensure communication with both customers and suppliers. To participate in the implementation and testing of new technologies To participate in the development of a service development plan for existing customers To be responsible for strict adherence to all health, safety and fire regulations in the performance of their work

Qualifications for the role

• High school education in electrical engineering with a high school diploma
• Experience min. 3 years , electrical engineering, service, maintenance of electrical equipment
• Valid decree § 22 - independent electrician
• English at a moderately advanced level (understanding I text, reading technical diagrams, basic communication with customers, suppliers and production plants and their technicians in English)
• Experience with servicing electrical equipment and with ABB robots (or other brands) a great advantage
• Independence, technical proficiency, consistency, responsibility, ability to work under pressure, technical proficiency, manual dexterity
• Willingness to hold a "hotline" - on call
• Willingness to work overtime and to travel outside working hours
• VP group B, active driver service interventions throughout the Slovak Republic (primarily within the Western Slovakia region)

The above salary represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. The actual amount of the basic salary component will be adjusted in accordance with your expertise, skills, experience and other personal characteristics.
