Your role and responsibilities
• Participates in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agrees on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiates the division sales budget. • Creates the division sales plans for area, in coordination with Sales organization. Supports the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. • Provides technical support during the technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations and offers product/solution/service-related training. • Takes ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution. • Responsible for analyzing the lost proposals to improve competitiveness in the future. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. • Requests the sales forecast of assigned countries for production planning and provides regular reports of the area sales and training activities

Qualifications for the role
- University degree in Engineering field, electrical preferred
- Sound technical knowledge for drives, motors and generators
- Experience in technical field and sales more than 5 years
- General knowledge of sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) would be an asset
- Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Clean driving license
