Your role and responsibilities
Gather the requirements and challenges from stakeholders (inside or outside the team), understand and analyze them well and propose solutions to address them proactively. Use your deep knowledge to create or help with the suitable technical blueprint that forms the project's technical basis. Assess the viability of a solution, how it can be implemented, and how it interacts with existing systems to improve the project or product's cost-effectiveness. Supervise the development of the product and verify the functionality of the final product to ensure it meets the required standards. Work with colleagues from different backgrounds (business, technical) and cultures around the world to create the best possible experience for our users.

Qualifications for the role
- Technical diploma in IT filed or similar.
- Passion and interest in software knowledge would be considered a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in agile frameworks would be considered a plus.
- Very good knowledge in Italian and English language, both written and oral (at least B2 level).
- Other languages would be considered a plus, such as German and Polish.
- Autonomy in the management of the activities, team-working skills, curiosity and flexibility complete the profile.
