This position reports to
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive reliable and timely examine of financial results, budget, and forecasts. Each day, you will assist key business partners and other stakeholders at various levels or within the center of expertise, in results making processes. You will also showcase your expertise by assisting stakeholders in driving business goals. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the ABB Services - Financial Planning and Management in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Performing and overseeing analysis of the financial results in your area of responsibility or team and coordinating the preparation of various management reports, including performance reports, commentaries on financial statements, etc., on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Total 5+ years and minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling • Evaluating the impact of strategic, financial, or other investment conclusions. • Coordinating and overseeing financial planning processes and activities (e.g., financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Handling process improvement and cost saving initiatives to ensure and increase profitability.

Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in working with Finance or Controlling in the Finance market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience of 5+ years years in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office skills
- Degree in CMA/ MBA Finance
- People management is added advantage.
- Good Communication Skills
