This position reports to
Quality Control Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. You will participate in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division located in Santa Palomba and you will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting department and factory Opex projects (industry 4.0): cost avoidance, hard saving, saving. • Supporting creation of MVR archive for approved plastic raw materials. • Debugging and saving on new incoming tools (spring test machine, roughness tester,...). • Estimating costs reduction on plastic and metal raw materials. • Working on streamline validation flow of new solutions on components and subassemblies (time to market).

Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in SolidWorks, Catia.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
- You are innovative around proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation.
- Degree in in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English both written and spoken.
