JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be assigned to major project reporting to the ROW Manager. Agent will be responsible for:

• Creating, modifying, and interpreting essential documents pertaining to land rights and right of ways.
• Daily ROW duties including but not limited to title work, easement acquisition, and settling damages
• Examine maps and blueprints to location of transmission lines
• Conducting ownership reports and title searches
• Adept communication and negotiation abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES



QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to prepare and present regular reports on progress
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Working knowledge of general surveying techniques and technologies
• Superior ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, supervisors, contractors, utility companies, government officials and representatives, and the general public
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to set priorities to accomplish taskings
• Ability to effectively execute and manage assignment/project scope, budget and schedule
