The position is involved in all key aspects of the business from strategic to operational levels. The market in Orient is growing fast and requires strong proactivity.
Objectifs
Guarantee the production of accurate financial data and reporting for the BU according to the rules of the Company.
Provide understanding of operational and financial results of the BU.
Develop controlling to reinforce the global profitability of the BU, highlighting and suggesting potential improvements.

- Master degree in Finance and Business
- Minimum 6 years experience
- Ability to anticipate and adapt quickly to changes
- Ability to analyze and synthesize, organization skills, communication skills
- Good interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Ability to work in a very international and multicultural environment.
- At ease with office excel/SAP tool. Open to process digitalization
- Rigor under stress, integrity under pressure
- Fluent in English. Good command of French language is a plus
Activities
RPO Financial control (FC)
- Coordinate the yearly budget process and the monthly result analysis for the LBU's/activity under his/her responsibility
- Long term plan: Support RPO LTP Team on specific financial aspects (guarantor of historical data, corporate costs, year-end forecast). Provide with financial expertise where necessary.
- Provide and coordinate with LBU's/activity under his/her responsibility the financial reporting of the Division; control that the BU meets the requirements of the Refining and Chemicals branch and the Company
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting; provide analysis and comments within the Business Unit and outside (Financial Division, Strategy team, other internal Group departments)
- Participate to the weekly RPO highlights to the RC and Company management
- Updating BU Financial forecast .Follow-up on capital expenditures and operating costs for the LBU's under his/her responsibility
- Follow-up of Variable Cost
- Prepare Quarterly Working capital analysis
- Work on continuous improvement/simplification of processes notably via digitalization
- Key User of the Business Unit Reporting Nova database.
- Preparation of both Business unit Performance meeting and Monthly meeting
- Participate to the RPO indicators evolution with RPO BI
- Back-up of the other Business Unit Financial controller.
