• Business school or Master's degree in IT and/or HRIS
• 1st experience in HRIS is a plus
• Aptitude for HRIS tools

Computing skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Languages:

• German : level B2-
• English: level B2+
• French: level B2+

As an HRIS Project Manager at TOTALENERGIES Deutchland GmbH, your main tasks will be as follows :

• Design and Implementation of Software Applications: Collaborate with the team to develop IT solutions in the HR domain.
• Customization of SAP Interfaces and PeopleDoc HR Software: Contribute to the internal customization and programming of these tools.
• Support for Projects and Development of Existing Applications: Work on HR projects and enhance existing applications.
• Analysis and Optimization of HR Processes: Identify digital solutions to improve the efficiency of HR processes.
• Exploration of Information Technologies: Evaluate tools (AI, onboarding, benefits administration, etc.) to enhance employer attractiveness.
• Technology Watch: Stay informed about digital developments in the HR field.
• Power BI Support and Excel Programming: Assist the HR department in creating dashboards and analyzing data

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to theBusiness France rates.
