Spencer Ogden are exclusively partnered with a leading Renewables developer. We are seeking to appoint an Onshore Wind Construction Manager for their UK projects. The successful individual will lead the pre-construction and construction activities of the Onshore Wind portfolio.

Your responsibilities would include the following:
- Manage all planning and construction phase activities for various renewable energy projects.
- Contract management, EPC and preparation of tenders and other technical documentation.
- Clients, contractors, planning authorities, local communities, and other stakeholder management.
- Due diligence, technical advisory and cashflow management as and when needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and assistant project managers.
- Resource management of sub-teams, budgeting, risk assessments and action plans.
- Drive the project deliveries within your technical discipline area covering concept layouts, requirements and specifications on design, input in tender process, and supervision of deliveries from contractors and vendors.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant engineering/renewable energy degree
- At least 5+ years experience in Onshore Wind construction
- Prior experience in management
- Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain stakeholder relationships.
