The overall goal is, to do the installation, commissioning of our turbines and finally the handover of them to our customers as we agreed and planned for in due time and on the required level of quality. Whenever there are non-conformities detected, we are working on it to get the needed materials and technical capabilities arranged to overcome the undesired situation.

Region NCE > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Non-Conformity Management

We have in focus to work effectively and efficiently on that with all of our coworkers in order to minimize the risks for the realization of the projects. That includes all quality related matters towards successful handover to our customers as well as managing all the associated NC costs in a way to keep the profitability of our projects, while coordinating preventive actions through root cause analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Root Cause Analysis and problem solving activities are done and preventive actions are implemented as well as proceed financial closure of non-conformities
  • Maintain priority cases list with Value Chain and ensure completion• Full support on top relevant NCR related topics during execution
  • Benchmark and implement best in class processes, tools and trainings
  • Recording, containment, disposition, assignment, data consistency
  • Supporting documentation is provided to enable NC handling and cost recovery
  • Ensure completion of material handling and internal orders and compliance with global and local processes and instructions
  • Support the Construction Department and Project Management in NC prioritization


Qualifications
  • Commercial or technical education - Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar environment (e. g. claim management, quality assurance)
  • Background in commercial and/or technical methods- materials, wind industry would be a big plus
  • Fluent English is required
  • Knowledge or Understanding of SAP or Power BI is an asset
  • Experience with Excel and Power Point
