Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Travel Team-Onshore East

Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering OFFSHORE, NORTH-WEST (Scandinavia, UK, Ireland) CENTRAL (Germany and Benelux), and EAST(Poland and Baltics countries, Austria, Switzerland, CzechRepublic, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia and Kazakhstan). Our responsibilities include Sales, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms in these regions.

Travel Team-Onshore EAST is supporting across NCE countries with qualified resources ready to coordinate service tasks ( maintenance, troubleshooting, and small repairs ) and commissioning activities. As Travel Team Coordinator you will support Team Supervisor and Travel Technicians with operational, logistics, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding for the new team members
  • Short-term and long-term team scheduling: organize team rotation and keep evidence of absences
  • Support team with travel arrangements (hotels, flights etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate required trainings, including Skill Set Matrix: Maintain and update the skill set matrix for team members. Identify gaps in skill sets and coordinate with the Team Leader to address these gaps
  • Maintaining contact with eternal companies: car rental companies, medical centers, training centers
  • Medical Checks Arrangements: Ensure that team members have completed all required medical checks and assessments. Coordinate with health care providers and managers to schedule and track these check-ups
  • Compliance with Vestas standards, the processes, and obeying regional laws and regulations


Qualifications
  • Wind industry experience preferred or experience in a similar position
  • Good organizational skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • System user of MS Office


Competencies
  • Fast learning skills and having the ability to adapt to continually project changes
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Practical and detailed working approach
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to work in a time-sensitive setting
  • High communication skills and self-organization
  • System user of SAP, and Salesforce, however, training will be given
  • English at intermediate level (B2)
