Talent Acquisition Team Lead - CZ & SK
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience. Each day, you will work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. You will also showcase your expertise by providing periodic updates on market trends/position conditions to the wider people function and talent acquisition team, as well as the business. The work model for the role is: hybrid If you enjoy communicating with people, have experience in recruiting and speak English at a communicative level, let us know about yourself and we will be happy to hear from you. Job description: - Independent management of selection processes for open positions in accordance with internal processes, - liaising with managers and supervisors (at different levels of management) on filling open positions, - cooperation in the implementation of the recruitment strategy within the Slovak Republic, - cooperation on employee onboarding, - responsibility for entrusted projects and activities in the area of Talent Management, support for employee training, - Employer Branding activities, cooperation with schools, presentation of the company at job fairs.

Qualifications for the role
- 2 years of experience in recruitment,
- English language at an advanced level (active participation in regular global calls),
- Interest in further education in recruitment and employer branding,
- Dynamic and representative personality
