Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to provide support to Human Resources activities and projects within the Business Unit Smart Buildings. In this role you will provide assistance for the HR Business Partners and contribute to various HR processes. The work model for the role is: #Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division in Santa Palomba (RM), Italy. You will be mainly accountable for: • Providing support to the implementation of Local Product Group HR Roadmap concerning topics like Engagement, Communication, Talent Development and Wellbeing. • Providing administrative support in workforce flexibility management during production peaks (starts, extensions and terminations of External, Temporary and Internship contracts). • Providing Support in HR Metrics update and analysis. • Providing support to the implementation of short-term and mid-term training programs for apprentices according to National and Regional regulations. • Supporting new hires during Onboarding phase. • Supporting Location HR Business Partner in assisting managers and employees at local level.

Qualifications for the role

• Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point).
• You are passionate about Problem-solving attitude, good communication and analytical skills and team-working abilities.
• Degree in Human Resources, Master in personnel administration or a relevant equivalent (es: jurisprudence).
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
