Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and permits.
  • Ensure version control and proper storage of documents both in physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and cost tracking documents.
  • Create and update project schedules in collaboration with project managers.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain contact lists and distribute project-related information as needed.
  • Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary permits and approvals.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in the development of risk mitigation plans.
  • Maintain a log of project issues and resolutions.
  • Support quality control and assurance efforts by tracking inspections and test results.
  • Assist in maintaining project quality documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and engineering teams.
  • Help with the coordination of resources, equipment, and materials.
  • Generate regular project status reports and performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for project stakeholders.


Requirements
  • A relevant degree qualification
  • 3 years of experience of working in Administration, handling Administration functions
  • Previous experience in project administration or a similar role in the engineering industry is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of engineering project processes, terminology, and best practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Computer Literate (MS Package- Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
