The LDAR Programs Supervisor will supervise LDAR personnel, manage LDAR contractors, direct programs, and provide support to field operations to maintain continuous improvement in LDAR performance for Midstream Operations. The LDAR Supervisor will plan, develop, and implement LDAR compliance programs for Midstream Operations.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Serving as the primary contact for LDAR compliance management for Midstream Operations
  • Directing staff of LDAR technicians and coordinators to ensure that competent professional LDAR services are provided to the business unit through a combination of employee oversight, coaching, and development
  • Participating as a member of the Midstream Environmental Leadership Team in developing and implementing environmental initiatives, setting environmental goals, and supporting environmental metrics
  • Managing the implementation and ongoing compliance for the Colorado Consent Decree
  • Managing responses to EPA 114 requests related to the LDAR programs
  • Ensuring all LDAR compliance events are reported, properly risk ranked, and investigated as necessary to identify a root cause and corrective actions
  • Ensuring that corrective actions are developed and implemented to prevent incident recurrence
  • Leading and participating in LDAR self-audits as necessary to verify continued environmental compliance
  • Assisting Regional Environmental Specialists to ensure LDAR compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and company policies, standards, programs, and procedures
  • Being proficient in EPA and state regulations related to LDAR
  • Participating and collaborating on the P66 LDAR networking team
  • Evaluating new or changes in leak detection and data technologies
  • Working with Environmental team and leadership to provide consistent regulatory LDAR interpretation and application across Midstream Regions
  • Support annual Subpart W inspections

Required Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 10 or more years of continuous HSE experience with increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Environmental programs in field operations and in representing Environmental programs to management and outside agencies
  • Experience working with applicable Federal, State and Local environmental rules and regulations
  • Ability to recognize hazards, assess risk and suggest appropriate mitigation plan
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1 year or more managing LDAR compliance and programs
  • Experience in petroleum/oil & gas industry
  • Experience using OGI camera
  • Experience using Method 21 equipment
  • Experience with GuideWare database
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Effective presentation and team building skills as well as the ability to influence others
  • Must be able to work well with all levels of the organization
