Your background
  • MSc in Reservoir Geology
  • Over 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, historical operational/well delivery experience
  • Familiarity with complex field reservoir management
  • Prior exposure to waterflooded carbonates and understanding of 4D seismic is desirable
  • Proficiency in oral and written English

Activities

As a Geologist in the Reservoir Management Team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence incontributing to close collaboration with other asset teams to ensure shared understanding of well potential, reservoir potential and opportunities for well/reservoir optimization. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies supporting data acquisition plans with other teams as required. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when providing geoscience input to integrated field reviews while working closely with Well Productivity / Well Performance teams.

Your Tasks Will Include:
  • Support geoscience input to Reservoir Management Plans for the relevant fields/reservoirs
  • Work closely as an integrated team for synthesizing subsurface data
  • Provide input / assistance to HCIIP calculation and map preparation for annual reserves reporting
  • Maintain / update static models as needed and work closely with reservoir engineers on topics like history matching quality, alternative scenarios etc.
  • Other tasks as requested by manager
