Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

• General Master's degree
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or in a related field is a plus

Technical skills:

• First experience or internship in supply chain is a plus
• General understanding of supply chain processes

Computing skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel is mandatory
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Languages:

• English: level B2/C1
• French: level C1

NB : Personal vehicle is mandatory

As a Supply Chain officer, you will be in charge of project management in the field of supply chain in Europe: demand planning, production and trials planning & scheduling, raw material planning and supply, product availability.

1/ Demand planning
- Collect and analyze finished products sales forecast
- Analyze deviations between actual sales and forecast

2/ Production planning of finished products
- Participate to production planning activity by providing support to the 2 Product Flow Coordinators
- Analyze stock level: age of stock, slow mover, packaging... Propose any improvement or new ways of working in order to optimize stock levels

- Contribute to the management of safety stock and advance stock

- Contribute to the preparation of the coordination meeting with our production plants (France, Germany, The Netherlands)

3/ Raw material supply

- Support to Raw Material Manager in terms of raw material planning

- Contribute to raw material supply management by management of lead time and on time delivery

- Track and follow raw material cost evolution

- Analyze raw material stock levels and propose any ways of optimization.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
