Senior IT Project Manager - Offshoring Expert

£500 - £600 per day + VAT

Hybrid working model - 2 days on client site (Multiple offices - North West, London, East Anglia)

My client, a leading Financial Services brand, are going through a 2 - 3 year integration programme with another similar brand. As such, they have some capability and capacity gaps they need to fill to deliver against the project demands and their existing BAU activities. I have been asked to provide them with some seasoned contractors and Senior IT Project Managers who have extensive experience in running offshoring projects, overseeing the transition and movement of services from in house / onshore, to offshore / managed service. I need an excellent communicator, someone highly organised and someone with superlative commercial and relationship management skills to ensure a smooth onboarding of a new offshore partner, able to stand up 100's FTE within a fixed timeline.

Applicants must meet the minimum experience requirements below or will not be considered:

• Must have experience of delivering at least 2 end-to-end offshoring projects as the Project Lead, responsible for the technical set up of offshoring operations (technology delivery experience is vital)
• Must have 5+ years' experience working professionally as a contractor Project Manager
• Must have a limited company and be able to work from the Manchester offices 2 days per week
• Ideally candidates will also have experience offshoring contact centres and working on telephony projects
