Key Responsibilities
- This role reports to the Advisory Group lead;
- Lead and manage engineering studies, including planning, execution, and delivery, while mentoring and developing junior team members;
- Provide deep domain expertise, solve complex challenges, and utilise advanced tools and data analysis to inform decisions
- Contribute to the strategic direction of studies, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance;
- Performing duties in compliance with Apollo's HSEQ processes and procedures.

Duties
- Execution of projects, conducting detailed research, analysis, and fact-finding on energy-related issues including innovative technologies, economic modelling and market trends;
- Compiling strategic briefing documents, reports, and presentations for project meetings and publications;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Manage relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with delivered solutions;
- Support business development and proposal writing under the direction of line management;
- Supporting junior team members and leading study teams to deliver;
- Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and meet financial objectives;
- Lead research and development initiatives to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends;
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
