We are seeking a dedicated Product Line Manager to join our product management team. In this crucial role, you will lead the Evac Fresh Water Systems product line. These systems utilize reverse osmosis technology to convert seawater into technical and potable water, minimizing reliance on shoreside water supplies. Our systems offer economical, energy-efficient, and sustainable fresh water generation, also filtering, disinfecting, adjusting hardness, and mineralizing the water. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Products & Engineering, you will play a significant role in advancing Evac's business and developing future solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance product competitiveness across Evac®, Cathelco®, and HEM® brands by standardizing components, documentation, product performance, and other technical aspects.
• Manage and develop your product line to drive business growth and meet customer needs with competitive offerings.
• Oversee product development projects, roadmaps, budgeting, and follow-up, including new developments and continuous improvements.
• Manage the product portfolio and life cycle.
• Analyse market trends, customer expectations, and competition to ensure competitive product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, delivery projects, and sourcing, to ensure product profitability, cost competitiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in product and project management in the marine, environmental, or cleantech-related fields.
• Commercial mindset with strong business acumen and business development experience.
• Technical competence and understanding of fresh water generation technologies.
• Expertise in product standardisation for efficient operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong team leadership and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proactive, well-organized, and outgoing team player with a can-do attitude.
